COURSE DESCRIPTION:
“This course develops in-depth student understanding of forces, motion, and gravity; energy and momentum; electricity and magnetism; and waves. Students will design and perform laboratory investigations to develop an understanding of the characteristics and quantitative relationships associated with energy and matter. The course emphasizes problem solving using technology and advanced algebra. TEXTBOOK: The course text is PHYSICS (Giancoli, 7th ed.). Students need to cover and take care of their textbooks as they are responsible for damaged/lost books. |
